Millennium Towers Building

Here, in the southern portion of Battery Park City, Millennium Partners, which also built the Ritz Carlton Battery Park, has built a 360-foot-tall, 236-unit residential tower called Millennium Tower Residences, with one- to four-bedroom apartments. Some of the apartments have terraces, and the building is equipped with a fitness center, 24-hour concierge, and doorman. This building is one of the few LEED Gold-Certified Green Buildings, with filtered and tempered fresh air in all units; recycled construction materials from local sources; solar rooftop panels; and a roof garden landscaped to capture and recycle rainwater for re-use and irrigation. Amenities include kids play room, and bike storage. Floor to ceiling windows offer one of the best views of the Hudson River and Statue of Liberty.
