Greenwich Club
88 Greenwich St
Downtown Manhattan

Building Brief

Originally built in the Art Deco style as an office in 1929, and converted to designer condominiums in 2007. With 225 floor plans available, there is a plan for everyone. A large majority of units have 10’ 6" ceilings, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking (4) burner stove & microwave, and dual-drawer Fisher Paykel dishwasher, making all of the units a chef’s dream. Both the kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with in-wall multi-speaker IPod docking stations, and the bathroom oasis contains overhead rain showers and deep-soaking Kohler tubs that allow you to lie back and relax after a long day.

88 Greenwich Club Residences has river and city views fit for royalty. To the East you will find Trinity Church and the suits on Wall Street. To the South, and the rarest view Manhattan has to offer, the Verrazano Bridge and gateway to the Atlantic. To the West, you can find the most picturesque sunsets, and to the north, the emerging World Trade. But it does not end there! The building features a state of the art gym & yoga facility, package room & cold storage, plenty of laundry machines on every floor (2 bedrooms have washer/dryer hook-ups), over 1,000 DVD Library, business center, live-in super, billiards lounge, Harbor room, bike room, elevator, doorman and landscaped Sky Deck.

88 Greenwich Club’s location is immersed in grocery stores, restaurants, and retailers such as; SHO Shaun Hergatt, BLT Bar & Grill, Capital Grill, Bobby Van’s, Harry’s Cafe, Financier Patisserie, La Maison du Chocolat, Variety Market, Whole Foods, Century 21, Tiffany’s, Hermes, Banana Republic, BMW, Abercrombie & Fitch, and so much more! Some of the only indoor malls in Manhattan are all within a 5 minute walk such as the South Street Seaport, World Financial Center, and the eminent WTC & Fulton Transit Center. The W Downtown Hotel & Living Room Lounge are so very close, as are numerous other hotels like the Ritz, and plenty of other bars. As if this wasn’t enough, Manhattan’s major subway lines (1,2,3,4,5,R,W,J,M,Z) are just a few strides outside the front door. The Wall Street Heliport is also just a minutes’ drive away.
