280 Rector place was built in 1987. A low-rise condominium, it is managed by Milford Management. Impeccably maintained, the building’s common spaces were recently renovated. Amenity spaces are found on the 2nd floor and include a lounge, mirrored workout/dance room, billiards table, kitchen, playroom, and gym.
